Windermere presents two problems that most estate sale companies are not set up to solve.
The first is the contents themselves. Homes around the Butler Chain, in Keene’s Pointe, and through the surrounding communities often hold things that require actual research to price: original art, signed furniture, jewelry, watches, wine, rugs, collections built deliberately over decades. Priced by someone working from instinct, those pieces routinely leave thousands of dollars on the table. Nobody in the room knows it happened, which is what makes it so common.
The second is access. Much of Windermere sits behind gates, and a public sale that assumes anyone can drive in is a sale that does not happen. Guest lists, guard protocols, traffic and signage rules, and boards that vote differently than property managers advise are all normal here.
Blue Moon Estate Sales Orlando West plans for both before the contract is signed rather than after.
