Immaculate Delran Estate Sale – Like-New Furniture, Décor & More!

• We will be limiting the number of shoppers in the home so you may have to wait to enter the home to shop.
• Number sheets will be posted approximately one hour prior to the posted start time of the sale. The sheet will be located at or near the front door of the home to keep track of the shopping order. Please take ONE NUMBER PER PERSON. Numbers will be called in order for entrance to shop. If you are not present when your number is called, your spot will be moved to the back of the line – absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
• Doors will open at the published sale start time and not before.
• We accept cash, credit cards and Venmo as payment for all items.
• Please be advised that we will be limiting the number of shoppers to only 2 at a time into the jewelry room to shop for jewelry. We will have a separate sign-up sheet for entry that we will be keeping track of and there will be a 10-minute shopping limit once you’ve been given access to shop. Weighing, testing or inspections of jewelry WILL NOT BE PERMITTED during the 10-minute timeframe so as to give all shoppers equal access to shop.
• Shoppers, please be sure to bring any shopping bag and/or boxes with you when you enter the home to shop to carry all your new treasures home with you. ALL Bags/boxes MUST remain by the register.
• By entering our sale, you consent to being videotaped and/or photographed as the premises may have video cameras.
• While attending our estate sales, you agree to enter at your own risk.  Blue Moon Estate Sales Delaware Valley is not responsible for any accidents or for anything that happens during or as a result of you attending any of our sales.
• You must bring your own help to remove furniture or large items from the home. Estate sale employees will not be able to help move any items.
• Parking will not be allowed on the driveway unless you are removing large items from the home. Please be courteous when parking on the street and not block anyone’s driveway.
• Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash anywhere on the homeowner’s property.
• All items’ prices as marked are current fair market value pricing, so no price haggling is required
• Due to the nature of estate sales, all items are sold AS IS and all sales are FINAL-NO REFUNDS. Be sure to thoroughly inspect your item(s) prior to purchasing.
• All purchased items must be removed from the sale at the time of purchase. Exceptions can be made at the time of purchase to hold large items until the end of the sale day so the buyer can return with the appropriate means of transport.
• We do not quote sale prices through email or over the phone prior to the sales. We do not pre-sell any items unless otherwise noted.
• Holding items to decide if you want to purchase them is not allowed. You have taken them out of the sale and could prevent another shopper from purchasing the item if you decide not to buy.
• We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
• Prices are not negotiable on the first day of a sale, but discounts may possibly occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
• Please know that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
• If you pick up an item and decide not to buy it, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give it to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
• If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
• If you wish to purchase an item and will be returning later to take your item with you, one of our associates will place a Blue Moon sold sticker on your item.
• We do not honor any written sign-up lists.
