All items are sold as is.
All sales are final-no returns or refunds so be sure to thoroughly inspect your item prior to purchasing.
All purchased items must be removed from the sale at the time of purchase. Exceptions can be made at the time of purchase to hold large items until the end of the day of the sale so the buyer can return with the appropriate means of transport.
Shoppers must bring their own help to remove large items. Estate sale employees will not be able to assist with moving large items from the sale.
