There is a house full of beautiful items and collectibles and decor, furniture, so even though it is a bit of a hassle to get in the subdivision it will be well worth it. Just follow the directions that are posted.
YOUR GPS WILL MOST LIKELY TELL YOU TO TURN ON HAMILTON FERRYS RD. THIS IS THE OWNERS ENTRANCE ONLY!!! YOU HAVE TO TURN ON HERITAGE DRIVE AND GO THROUGH THE GUARD GATE AND TELL THEM THAT YOU ARE COMING TO THE BLUE MOON ESTATE SALE AT 20 SUNRISE POINT COURT. YOU ALSO MAY HAVE TO SHOW THEM YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE. NO SIGNS ARE ALLOWED IN RIVER HILLS. ROAD IS VERY NARROW!
