Fabulous Downsize Estate Auction With Great Dcor and Furnishing in Mamaroneck NY

Note:
1. All Items Must be Picked up on Sunday, 03/29/26 from 10 am to 1 PM. The invoice must be paid before any item(s) is released. All purchases are forfeited with no refund if item(s) are not picked up within the pickup window. Unless a prior arrangement is made with the auction manager, exceptions will not be made for alternative dates, times, or locations.
2. Please bring help to carry and/or disassemble items as the staff of Blue Moon Estate Sales is not responsible for carrying out the items.
3. For all lighting fixtures, please make sure you bring someone who can remove and cap the light fixture & electric wires.
4. Assistance with carrying furniture to your vehicle can be pre-arranged for a small fee of $25 per item/per person. Must notify auction manager before pickup arrival. It is up to the auction manager’s discretion for items that may be too heavy without licenced movers.
5. Please bring any wrapping and carrying material needed as it will not be provided.
6. Items NOT picked up on the designed pickup date/time or without pre-arrangements for pick up will be considered forfeited without refund and the bidder will be charged a disposal fee.
7. WE WILL NOT CALL/TEXT YOU TO REMIND YOU OF YOUR ITEMS!
8. Items that fit into a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box will be eligible for Shipping. Shippable items are indicated on the top right corner of the Lot display window.
9. Alternative shipping arrangements must be agreed upon with the auction manager. We will only ship to the address on file, NO EXCEPTIONS.
10. Items that are marked for shipping will be sent out 5-7 business days AFTER the pickup date.
11. Tracking info will be provided after the shipping invoice is paid through the billing information on file.
12. Invoices with shipping request must be paid in-full prior to the pickup date in order for the items to be collected by shippping manager.

*If you are using the Packengers, you must inform BMES auction manager no later than the schedule pickup date. Packengers will need to coordinate pickup schedule with us or items is subject to be donated.

While BMES will do its best to list any damage, repairs, or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items BMES sells are antique, vintage, or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits, or exchanges.
