- Items need to be removed immediately after sale unless special arrangements have been made.
- Bring your own muscle for the larger items. Also, you have the option to arrange pickup by Lugg and similar on-demand moving companies
- All purchased items must be removed from the sale site at the time of purchase. Exceptions can be made at the time of purchase to hold large items until the end of day so the buyer can return with an appropriate means of transport.
- By attending this sale, you agree to be photographed and/or videotaped, as the site is equipped with security cameras for the protection of the estate and is guests
- All food and drinks must be consumed prior to entering the home
