UPDATED PARKING REQUIREMENTS
Very Important-Use Line Management Sign Up to Reserve Spot-No admittance before 9am, thank you for understanding!
Update for Parking: Due to the home being gated, for safety issues, we are not able to have anyone park in front of the gate or on the street (Batavia Ave. is permit-only) please utilize free residential parking on side streets nearby. The gate will open at 9am and at that time, you can park in the driveway. Again, we will not be utilizing a sign up sheet, if you arrive before the sale begins at 10 am, please use the Line Management System. The side street is not residential, as such, it is not allowed to be parked on. This is why we need to follow additional safety procedures. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you!
