All items priced as marked at fair market value – no haggling required.
All items sold as is.
All sales are final – no returns or refunds.
All purchased items must be removed from the sale site at the time of purchase. Exceptions can be made at the time of purchase to hold large items until the end of day so the buyer can return with an appropriate means of transport.
$20 minimum for credit card purchases
No customer bags allowed while shopping. Baskets are provided for customer use.
Please BRING HELP FOR LARGE PURCHASES. We do not help load.
We do not quote prices in advance or over the phone. If you are unable to attend the sale in person, please contact us to make arrangements.
By entering the sale, you agree to be recorded by video or photo as the premises may have security cameras
All food and beverage items must be consumed outside before entering the home
We use a numbering system to hold your place in line. Upon arrival, please take one number per person, including any children that walk on their own. Numbers are generally posted the evening before
We use only our own SOLD stickers, which can be obtained from any staff member. For any item not taken at the time of purchase, a name and phone number must be listed on the sticker.
DO NOT place items in the “Hold Area”, then sort through to decide what to purchase. This removed the items from the sale and may prevent us selling it at all. Repeat offenders of this policy may be banned from future sales.
Law enforcement will be called in the event of shoplifting
