Kellie’s Resale & Thrift store is two stores in one! Resale is upstairs & Thrift is in the lower level.

To ensure quality and organization, donation drop-offs are only accepted with prior approval from Kellie’s intake department. This thoughtful policy helps keep the store well-organized and focused on offering meaningful, high-quality items to customers. Overall, Kellie’s Thrift Store plays an important role in the community by offering affordable goods and managing inventory with care and intention.

Exchange Counter Guidelines

Thank you for adhering to these guidelines to ensure a smooth & efficient exchange process! 

Exchange Counter Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Time: 11:15 AM – 5:00 PM

Drop & Go Hours:
Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Time: 11:15 AM – 5:30 PM
Note: You will receive a text or call with our offer within 2 business days. For unwanted items, you have 48 hours to pick them up, or you can choose to donate them.

Item Limit per Visit: 

• Customers may bring up to 30 items per visit.

Item Requirements: 

• Apparel must be clean and on hangers. 
• All items should be free of stains, wrinkles, pet hair, holes, blemishes, and odors.

Exchange Counter during exchange hours:

• Your items will be sorted into upstairs, downstairs, or no thank yous.
• You will receive an in-store credit for accepted items, use it the same day, never expires!
• You will take the unaccepted items with you.

Exchange Counter Drop Off Service:

• Neatly place items on/in the provided racks and bins with your name/phone number attached.
• Be sure to put a rubber band around the top of your clothes to keep them together.
• Take a picture for your records/receipt.

Appointments:  

• High dollar designer items, fine jewelry and whole closet clean-outs only.
• We will offer cash, 20% more in store credit, or consignment. 55% to you.
• In-home appointments are available. A fee may apply.

Furniture, Large Home Decor & Fine Jewelry:

• All furniture and home decor items must be pre-approved before being brought in.
• Please take pictures of these items and email them to [email protected] for approval.
• Fine jewelry by appointment with Kellie or drop off with follow-up appointment.
• For furniture, please send pictures to [email protected] for pre-approval.

• Prom dresses accepted March through June only
• Lightweight jackets, jean jackets, trench coats
• Skirts, cotton blouses, T-shirts
• Lightweight sweaters, cardigans
• White denim jeans, shorts (including baggy styles)
• Hats, sunglasses, sneakers, and flats
• Apparel made from cotton, linen, or silk
• Gardener sleeve blazers, leather jackets
• Denim midi/maxi dresses
• Clothing with floral or leaf patterns
• Pale-colored hoodies, bodysuits, and raincoats

Men’s Spring & Summer Apparel

• Classic, sporty, timeless, or retro styles
• Solid color T-shirts
• Dark and light wash jeans
• Shorts and versatile denim
• Lightweight jackets
• Shoes, wallets, bags, and accessories to complete the look
• Please Note: We do not accept men’s suits, khaki pants, button-down shirts, or ties.
