Know Before You Go

PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY UNLESS REMOVING FURNITURE.

WE ACCEPT CASH & CREDIT CARDS WITH PROPER ID

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1) “SOLD” Stickers should be used as follows.  If you wish to purchase a large item/items, tear off the bottom of the price tag/tags and bring it to the hold table to be added to your ticket. You will then be given “SOLD” stickers to place on the remaining section of the items price tag/tags. Please put your name and number on the “SOLD” sticker. You have until 2 PM the last day of the sale to pick up your items. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO COME BACK FOR YOUR ITEMS!

2) HOLD TABLES are provided for smaller items you are committed to buying. A team member will start you a ticket and hold your item / items while you shop.  If you pick up an item and decide not to buy it, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give it to a team member and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.

3) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items are SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.

4) Prices are NOT negotiable on the first day of the sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the second day.

  • All items priced as marked at fair market value – no haggling required.
  • All items sold as is.
  • All sales are final – no returns or refunds.

5) Buyer is responsible for the removal of large items purchased. You have until 2 PM on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made.  Leave your name and number with the cashier.

6) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, appropriate action will be taken.

7) Doors will open at the published time, not before.

8) If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.

9) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash laying around, place it in a trash can.

10) Our staff provides a Sign-Up sheet prior to the start of the estate sale. (Approx. 1 hour prior to opening the Sale)

By entering our sale, you consent to be videotaped and photographed, as the premises may have security cameras. We do not allow large handbags inside the home, and all food and beverage items must be consumed outside before entering.
