For more than 50 years, he proudly called Fort Lauderdale home, building a life defined by hard work, entrepreneurship, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
His career was as diverse as it was successful. For approximately 25 years, he managed the original 15th Street Fisheries, becoming a familiar face in Fort Lauderdale’s restaurant community before later consulting within the industry. A lifelong investor and entrepreneur, he also enjoyed stock market trading while building, renovating, and managing investment properties throughout South Florida.
One of his earliest ventures was the Grenada Apartments, located on property that is now home to the beachfront Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. Renovation was more than a business—it was a passion. Throughout his life, he took pride in restoring and improving every property he owned.
His love of automobiles and craftsmanship is evident throughout the garage, which features an outstanding collection of vintage American-made Craftsman tools, professional automotive equipment, and an extensive inventory of building materials, hardware, and contractor-grade tools accumulated over decades of hands-on work.
