Blue Moon Estate Sales of College Station and Waco Texas was formed in 2024 with William Meier and Joanie Stiffler-Meier. They are excited to offer professional, modern estate sale services to those in their community.
William and Joanie make a strong team, bringing a wealth of experience in business management, sales, and real estate. William, a Maritime School graduate and former Merchant Marine and USNR Officer, has spent the last 30 years working as an Operations Manager. Joanie has been a Sales Associate with Blue Moon Estate Sales, where she developed a deep appreciation for the franchise and its mission.
Driven by their shared dream of building a second career after retirement that makes a positive impact by serving others, William and Joanie decided to become Blue Moon franchisees. They are excited to support their community and neighbors, especially during times of transition, by offering compassionate, resourceful, and resilient services.
