Terms and Conditions:

Terms of Payment: The purchase is subject to all terms and conditions set for herein. The purchaser assumes full responsibility thereof. The purchaser further agrees to pay the total amount due before pickup of product. There are no cash payments at pickup except for vehicles. Vehicles require cash or certified check made to Blue Moon Estate Sales at time of pickup. All items must be paid for in full prior to pick-up. Title to purchased items does not transfer until payment has been made in full and items have been picked up.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is charged to all customers making purchases of items. Sales tax is 8.25% and is applied to all sales.

Payment: Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Method of payments are AMEX, VISA, MC, Discover. Payment is due at time of purchase.

Item pickup: All items will be picked up at a set appointment time at the location provided. If you do not show for the pickup time, you will be charged for rescheduling. If items are not picked up, they become the property of Blue Moon Estate Sales and there will be no refunds.
