After your initial contact with us we will schedule an appointment to visit and view the items to be sold. We’ll review any special circumstance of your sale, go over our contract with you, and answer any questions you may have. If you decide to work with us, we’ll begin the process of planning your sale by choosing good dates to run it. From there we do all the leg work – we’ll photograph and price the items, stage the sale, promote and create community awareness about the sale and conduct the sale on the agreed upon dates.

Why You Should Attend A Blue Moon Estate Sale
Our estate sales are well organized event with every item’s price clearly marked and organized in a way that is, quite simply, easy to shop. Prior to one of our sales you will be able to preview pictures of items available for purchase on EstateSales.net so you should know ahead of time if there is something of interest.
When you arrive at one of our sales you will be given a number. We allow small groups of shoppers into the sale (size of group depends on the size of the property) in number order.
Once inside our friendly staff will greet you. Every item available for purchase will have sticker with a price clearly marked. Heavy items will have hang tags with the sale price. Bring that to the front to pay. Items not for sale are clearly marked and/or moved to a different area of the property.
